Coaching for Personal Growth and Organisational Change

With 35 years of leadership experience across Disney, IHG, Tesco, and HFL Education, I have led high-performing teams and driven organisational change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. My leadership style has always been rooted in coaching, helping others develop, navigate challenges, and grow. I have deepened this approach through my coaching practice and by completing the INSEAD Coaching Certificate.

I work with senior executives who are eager to deepen their self-awareness and ready to overcome barriers holding them back, typically seeing to:

I help clients explore both personal and organisational dynamics, uncover underlying patterns, and develop practical strategies to move forward. At times, this involves structured frameworks for decision-making; at others, it entails deeper reflection to shift perspective.
