Year 12 student wins Cambridge essay competition

We are delighted to report that Year 12 student Chloe has won the Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, Essay Competition in History.

This is a rare and difficult feat. Chloe did an excellent job of responding to the title '1869', focussing on whether the 'Fasting Girls' phenomenon was reflective of socio-economic transition. Her work was original, creative and intelligent and her academic aspiration is an example to all of us.

Many congratulations!
